Brief Update on Shipping Delays

Hey all,

Just giving you an update on the shipping of the rewards to those who filled out their surveys.

Everything is basically ready to go. However, life often finds a way to throw curveballs. And some real life things happened at fulfillment HQ which set things back. I won't go into details, but it was completely understandable.

That being said, things should start shipping out NEXT week! So keep an eye out for those books! Gabe is still working on commissions (as well as work on a certain other project also on KS now), but he should be sending those out soon!

And don't forget, my next Kickstarter starts in under TWO WEEKS! This is for the American Dreams trade, which will have additional material in addition to issues 1-5. It will be available digitally, as a TPB, and in hardcover! Please, if you haven't already, sign up for the prelaunch HERE.

Shipping Update

Hey everyone!

Quick little update!

For starters, the books have arrived at fulfillment HQ:

Unlikely Hero Studios has all the books, extras, and supplies needed and will start shipping things out soon.

Which is great because my next KS starts July 5th at Noon! It's the first collected edition of American Dreams! It contains issues 1-5, plus additional story material. You can join the prelaunch HERE!

Finally, some really cool news! I'm doing my first ever store signing next month! I'll be signing at the soon to be open Nerdtopia in Hanover, PA, on Saturday July 23rd! Come on out and say hi! Details can be found HERE!

Other than that, I'll keep you all in the loop re: shipping. Plus I hope to see you all in the American Dreams Kickstater as well as plenty of you at the store signing!

Right now, I'm scheduled to be at Terrificon at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut July 29-31! After that, my next scheduled con is Baltimore Comic Con October 28-30! (I'm trying to get into NYCC but I won't find out until next week)

Printing Update/What Comes Next

Hey everyone!

So, good news! The books are printed and are in the process of being packed and shipped to my fulfillment partners at Unlikely Hero Studios as we speak. Hopefully it will be there by sometime next week (once I get tracking info) and we can start sending out the first waves of KS physical rewards after that.

So, what comes after that?

Well, as I've been hinting, and outright saying, the next Kickstarter I'm doing is for the collected edition of American Dreams! This first volume contains issues 1-5, and new story content including a new prologue and two new shorts. It will be available as a PDF, a TPB, and a hardcover. And the hardcover's cover art was drawn by the legendary Scott McDaniel (Nightwing, Batman, Superman)!

We launch that Kickstarter on July 5th! And the prelaunch is live NOW! So check it out HERE!

Brief Update

Hey everyone,

As said, this is just a brief update. All physical rewards, other than the books, are with my fulfillment partners. I'm hoping to hear more about the books soon. If the timeline that was given to me is correct, it should be sent to my fulfillment partners by mid June and sent out to you guys ASAP.

Which is good because my next Kickstarter starts on July 5th!

Prelaunch for that officially begins Wednesday, I should have an update about that then.

Things Are Moving, So Get To Your BackerKits

Hey all!

So, big news. I sent the print files to the printer on Friday. Today, I heard back and it should take 3-4 weeks for them to print and ship to my fulfillment person.

Now, about 54 of you still haven't filled out your BackerKit surveys. While I ordered enough copies (thanks to BackerKit's great estimator program) to fulfill the orders; I cannot send you your stuff without your surveys.

As I have been asked a few times about BackerKit, lemme give you a quick rundown on how to set up.

1. go to the BackerKit website.

2. Click "I'm A Backer"

3. Make an account with the email you use for this Kickstarter.

4. Your survey should be there when your account is made/you log in.

If there are further issues, please let me know. I can message you your personal link to the survey if need be. If you have digital downloads, they will be there once your survey is in and I lock it down.
