Latest Updates from Our Project:

Holiday Spirits Vol 3
3 months ago – Sun, Dec 24, 2023 at 04:07:59 PM

I wanted to make this update because I have a story in a holiday horror anthology that is currently on Kickstarter: Holiday Spirits, Vol 3. I've been brought on by the crew at Orange Cone Productions, along with my Cthulhu Invades Wonderland story artist Damon Horne, to craft a horrifying and humorous Hannukah story. Plus I'm just one small part of a ghoulish murderer's row of indie comics talent!

Check out the campaign and show your support! It's over halfway funded but it's still an uphill climb.

Thanks!

New KS is live!
9 months ago – Mon, Jul 03, 2023 at 04:59:38 PM

Hey everyone,

In case you missed it, my latest Kickstarter is LIVE!!! If you remember from previous recent updates, this new project is Rook & Knight Issue 1! And it's another book in my growing Libertyverse!

Rook & Knight  #1- A father-son vigilante duo are waging a brutal war on crime. However, they are starting to fall apart at the seams.

I've teamed up with the Baggs Brothers (art), Jerome Gagnon (letters), Andy Shaggy Korty (Edits/Production) and Joey Galvez (PR) to bring you some awesome vigilante action, family drama, teen angst, and some emotional damage.

We've had an amazing start in the last few days, but we need your help (especially with Muskrat screwing the bird app up). Please consider supporting and backing this project! Click HERE for the campaign!

Thank you once again for your support!

Upcoming KS...and some that need YOU!
10 months ago – Fri, Jun 16, 2023 at 08:53:18 AM

Hey everyone!

If you're not aware, I have another KS coming on JUNE 30th!! That's two weeks from today!

Introducing to the Libertyverse...ROOK & KNIGHT!!

Art by Saly Lockheart

This vigilante duo is a father and son who wage a BRUTAL war on crime. Unfortunately, they're starting to fall apart at the seams. And with a strange new drug hitting the streets, this couldn't happen at the worst time!

Check out the prelaunch HERE!

Also, I know of a few KS campaigns who could use your help ASAP.

Broke Down and 4 Dead Bodies: My buddy Travis Gibb's first TPB of his excellent crime series! It's so close to funding with about 48 hours to go as of this writing, but needs that final push to get it over the hump! Help him out!

One True Love: An excellent sun drenched noir by my friends Mario Candelaria and J. Schiek. A graphic novel about greed, paranoia, and lust set in the shadow of Hollywood as two criminals lay low after pulling off a heist. It has about two weeks to go, and over 50% funded. If you like really cool noir books (like the great Brubaker OGNs), check this out

RATATOSK: Book One: A horror tale by Grant DeArmitt. An investigator heads into the backwoods of Vermont to find a missing person...but something else finds her. It's a bone chilling horror with roots deep in Norse myth. This has 8 days to go and could use a push as well.

That's all for now, see you at the campaign! :) I'll also be at Nickel City Comic Con in Buffalo, NY, on June 30-July 2nd, so come celebrate the KS launch as well with me!

Just a quick update
10 months ago – Sun, May 21, 2023 at 06:22:47 PM

Hey all!

So a couple things.

First of all (and probably most importantly), the various commissions are packed and the first wave should be going out THIS week, hopefully tomorrow. My apologies for the delay; day job and everything made getting these packed up run away from me. The packages will be going out in waves: domestic first followed by international (as I don't have enough international mail forms). Each commission are wrapped in a mylar envelope which is taped between two chipboards and all that went into a VERY sturdy envelope. I'm taking as many precautions as I can so the USPS (and/or your local equivalent if international) doesn't play origami with the packages.

Secondly, the countdown to my next campaign has begun! It's not for the next Knightwrath installment (as that's still being worked on), but it's definitely a sibling book. It's about a father-and-son vigilante team who wage a brutal war on crime...but their relationship as crimefighting partners and as a family are starting to fray. With art by the Baggs Brothers team, letters by Jerome Gagnon, and covers by Baggs Brothers, Vasco Gioachini, and Saly Lockheart...you're in for another heroic treat with Rook & Knight Issue 1. Click HERE to join the prelaunch.

Thanks again, and my apologies.

A long awaited update
about 1 year ago – Thu, Mar 23, 2023 at 05:36:17 PM

*Blows a ton of dust off this place*

Hey all!

So, IMPORTANT news! I received a package today from Gabe.

Inside? Well, if you ordered a commission from him, they're here! And they look great!

What next?

Well, I've ordered shipping supplies to make sure things stay as preserved as possible for transport. I need to run to the post office to grab some forms for you international backers. Then, we should be good to go! I got a couple days off soon, so I should be getting those out then (barring issues). However, IF you were one of those backers, and you moved, LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!

In other news, you can preorder the first three issues of American Dreams are available to preorder from my publisher, Band of Bards, at their online store. Issue 1 comes out on April 5th (just in time for Passover!), so check if your LCS has copies available!

I also have another KS this summer, more details to come ;)

As for the future of Knightwrath? Well, Gabe's busy with this little book with Wesley Snipes (you know, highest selling book that month in Diamond, no big whoop XD), so he and I had to go looking for someone to step in starting issue 2 (Gabe remains co-creator and co-owner of KW of course). He put out a call for artists and...well, you'll find out more soon :) Issues 2-4 are written so hopefully we'll have something for you by next year :)

Once again, thank you so much for your support.
